As self-proclaimed "Camp Counselors" for Tyler's Bar Mitzvah, we had to make sure that we were on top of our game and ready to rock this party - after-all, it was our very first Bar Mitzvah and we had to make sure it went flawlessly.
WELCOME TO CAMP TYLER!
Let's set the scene for you... it's June 1, 2019 and roughly 120 degrees outside (not really, but it sure felt like it). Aaron and Leslie Ruben (Tyler's parents) were running around Hunsader Farms' venue, "The Saloon," making sure everything was ready for Tyler's big party. Things were heating up... literally. Aaron and Leslie wanted to have a "camp" themed party and they did not disappoint - though they did not anticipate the heat to venture inside the saloon.
Though it was hot inside and out, that did not disturb friends and family from having a great time and celebrating Tyler. Below are some images and details from the fun day.

In all, the entire day was roughly 6 hours from beginning of reception to the end of the night.
All Hands on Deck
We had ALL HANDS ON DECK for Tyler's event! Your emcee and Lead "Camp Counselor" was DJ Tim making sure all announcements, games and the flow of the night went smoothly.
DJ Joey championed the tunes of the entire evening - his goal was to make sure people never stopped dancing... mission accomplished.
Megan handled the photo booth with a custom template specifically for the "Camp Tyler" theme along with customized props capturing some of the most fun moments and memories of the night.
Camp Tyler went off without a hitch and was surely a night to remember for all. Did we mention that DJ Tim also taught guests a fun line dance? With multiple meetings leading up to the big day and research done by all team members, TLS Entertainment's first Bar Mitzvah was a success and a HUGE thanks goes to the Ruben family for all of their help.
